GERMAN 800 SILVER 13pc LARGE ICE CREAM SET FITTED BOX ART NOUVEAU JOHAN BECK

A very fine German 800 solid silver 13 piece large fitted boxed Ice cream or cake set. Featuring a large gold gilt flat edge server with slight upturned edge for cake or ice cream and 12 individual spoons.

The design and pattern is just quite fine with swirled floral design reminiscent of the Art Nouveau period. The large server measures just shy of 8 3/4" long and the separate spoons measure 5 3/4" long. All of the pieces together weigh 12.7 standard ounces of solid 800 silver.

The mark on each piece looks to be that of Johann Beck of Schwabisch Gmund. Please check to see new items I list each week.
